Bank DOM.RF has offered more attractive terms of its Far Eastern mortgage lending, with concessional mortgage loans for the purchase of housing in the Far Eastern Federal District being available at 1.2% p.a.
Young families under 35 and participants of the Far Eastern Hectare program can apply for a loan at a rate of 1.2% p.a. by remotely submitting an application on the bank's website and providing a statement of account from the Pension Fund of Russia to confirm their income and employment.
To recap, Bank DOM.RF was the first Russian banks to start providing Far Eastern mortgage loans last December. As of the start of September, the bank has received more than 4,000 applications for a total amount of more than RUB 15 billion. Bank DOM.RF is among the top three banks in terms of the amount of submitted and approved applications and the number of loans provided under the program.
