The Russian and Chinese partners are committed to their teamwork in the investment and development of the Kommunarka administrative and business center, according to a statement by Vladimir Zhidkin, head of the Department for the Development of New Territories.
Investors will be engaged to help implement the large-scale administrative and business center construction project. An agreement has been reached to that end with China Railway Construction Corporation. The Chinese partner's investment is estimated at RUB 5 billion.
At the first stage, about 372,000 square meters of housing and 124,000 square meters of public and business facilities are planned for construction.
