The Webby company, which is a resident of the Dubna special economic zone, has developed the electronic service Briefix for logging online meetings using artificial intelligence. The software is undergoing the procedure of inclusion in the register of domestic software, which is maintained by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation. The software solution will allow users to quickly receive not just the minutes of the meeting, but a document with the main theses and results of the event. The product is currently undergoing the latest tests and will be available to users this year, according to the press service of the Ministry of Investments of the Moscow Region.
"The Webby company has been operating in the Dubna SEZ since 2021. The volume of investments in the development of the enterprise has already exceeded 340 million rubles. The staff has grown from 8 to 60 people during this time," Ekaterina Zinovieva, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region, said about the company.
Webby specializes in the development of complex high-load information systems, actively using artificial intelligence in their solutions. The new software product is no exception. In addition, it will comply with all the requirements of Russian legislation, which will ensure the safety of its use.
"Our Briefx connects to an online meeting in all popular services in the form of another interlocutor. He records the meeting, identifies the participants of the event, and transcribes everything that was said — who said it, when, and what. Then, based on the algorithms we have developed, he summarizes the results with the main theses and conclusions. The documents are automatically sent by email to all participants. Detailed protocols will be ready in 15-20 minutes," Managing Partner Sergey Proforov said about the new software product.
The new service of the Moscow—based company is aimed at a wide range of users, from recording meetings of top managers of large companies and small production companies to students recording online lectures.
"The Webby company is one of the participants in the Dubna SEZ IT cluster, which includes 40 enterprises. The working conditions in the SEZ allow such high-tech projects to grow and develop rapidly. As a result, today the products of our IT cluster companies are actively used by government agencies, large businesses and ordinary users, while the list of such high-tech solutions is constantly increasing," said Anton Afanasyev, CEO of Dubna SEZ.
