Far Eastern Mortgage program in Russia: total lending exceededs RUB 38 billion

According to the Agency for Human Capital Development in the Far East and the Arctic, the 13 banks participating in the Far Eastern Mortgage program have signed 10,895 contracts for Far Eastern mortgage loans. The total amount of financing provided since the start of the program has reached RUB 38.3 billion.

Primorsky Krai (3,000 loans for a total of about RUB 11.3 billion), the Republic of Sakha / Yakutia (2,630 concessional lending contracts for more than RUB 10 billion), Khabarovsk krai (1,495 contracts for about RUB 5.4 billion) take the lead in the number of loans provided under the concessional lending program.

"The Far Eastern Mortgage program is a unique advantage of the Far East. Financing for the purchase of ready-to-use or under-construction housing or for the construction of a residential house at a preferential interest rate of 2% is only available in Far Eastern regions," Sergey Khovrat, Director General of the Agency for Human Capital Development in the Far East and the Arctic, commented.
