Since the end of 2022, the developer has been building a business center in the north-west of Moscow as part of the Sydney City residential complex. In parallel with the installation of Mitsubishi brand elevator equipment, facade work and installation of engineering communications are continuing at the facility.
In total, 21 high-speed elevators of various lifting capacities and functional purposes will be installed in the office building. The waiting time for the elevator will not exceed 45 seconds. To ensure safety, some elevators will be equipped with a special mode for the operation of fire departments.
The Shenogina Business Center is a 24-storey building being built as part of the incentive program for the creation of employment opportunities (MPT). The project was developed by the Moscow architectural bureau Kleinewelt Architekten.
The building with a total area of almost 75 thousand square meters is distinguished by an original architectural solution with an emphasis on the use of stained glass windows resembling crystals of apophyllite. This visual effect is achieved by changing the shape of several blocks of typical floors, as well as the presence of undercuts and terraces.
The interior features will be a spiral staircase, atriums and light lanterns located on the roof of the stylobate part of the building.
The first floors of the building are reserved for retail premises and catering establishments. They will have separate entrances from the street and through passages to the office part of the building.
The completion of the business center is scheduled for 2025.
