Gazprom Neft is recruiting trainees in fields, factories, research centers, and IT clusters, from geotechnicians to data analysts. Students work at existing facilities and participate in federal–scale projects, from the development of Arctic fields to the modernization of oil refining.
Gazprom Neft receives geologists and geophysicists, oil and gas specialists and electricians at its fields. Technosphere safety is particularly in demand, as these employees work at the intersection of ecology, occupational safety and industrial safety. The company is also waiting for students of narrow–profile specialties, such as geotechnicians who work with industrial facilities in the permafrost zone. The company will pay for everyone who goes to the fields, provide housing and food for the entire duration of the internship.
At the oil refineries in Omsk and Moscow, future specialists will learn how to manage the modern oil refining process and study digital control systems. Chemistry students will check the quality of gasoline, diesel and other petroleum products in real laboratories.
Students in economics, marketing, logistics, procurement and construction, and IT will complete internships in the company's offices, research centers, and IT clusters in St. Petersburg and Tyumen. The ships employ specialists in navigation and communications, ship electricians and mechanics. Students will be accompanied everywhere by mentors who will help them master their specialty and adapt to the team.
Students and graduates of Russian universities and colleges annually name Gazprom Neft as one of the best employers in the industry. This is confirmed by the results of the Best Company Award and FutureToday ratings. They are based on surveys of more than 20,000 respondents. Practicing in a company is often the first step for future employment. Anyone interested can send a questionnaire in the "Young specialists" section on the company's website.
