GC "A101" completes work on the installation of facades in five buildings of house No. 5 in the second district of the residential complex "Spanish quarters".
The house belongs to the business class and consists of 5 buildings of variable number of storeys (from 9 to 15 floors). In total, there are 722 apartments with an area of 23 to 107 square meters, underground parking and storage rooms, as well as children's and sports grounds in the courtyard.
Now, in addition to facade work, the installation of ventilation systems is being completed at the facility - their readiness is on average 92-95%, depending on the housing. Also at the facility, work continues on the interior decoration of common areas and the installation of doors. On the adjacent territory, the installation of hard surfaces and fire passageways, preparation for the installation of IAF and complex landscaping is underway.

Also, construction materials are delivered to the facility as planned, in particular, as part of the last delivery, we received plaster for finishing works in apartments."
