GC "A101" and Post Bank are distributing a POS-lending mechanism for the purchase of real estate – with the help of this mechanism, it is already possible to buy a parking space or a storage room in the developer's projects in Moscow.
Head of Mortgage Lending Department of GC "A101" Rustam Azizov: "GC A101 has become one of the first developers to expand the range of banking products with a new type of lending. If this product is in demand in Moscow, it can be scaled to the Leningrad region."
POS-lending is a type of consumer credit, which is characterized by a more favorable rate, as well as fast approval times. In particular, to submit an application, it is enough to come to the sales office of GC "A101" with an identity document. If approved, the borrower receives the funds within two to three business days.
Rates on POS-lending start at 11.5%, while rates on consumer loans are more than 20% per annum. The maximum amount is 3 million rubles, the maximum term is 5 years. You can apply for a loan without a down payment.
Rustam Azizov, Head of the Mortgage Lending Department of A101 Group of Companies: "Now about 20% of parking spaces and storage rooms are purchased with a mortgage, the rest is paid for from own funds or with the help of consumer loans. However, POS-lending is much more convenient and faster when it comes to borrowed funds. In particular, the borrower does not need to insure the collateral, and after paying off the loan, remove the encumbrance from the object."
