The PHARM DV company, a resident of the free port of Vladivostok (SPV), under an agreement with the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (KRDV), will create a production of medicines in the Primorsky Territory. Starting in 2025, the company will produce antibacterial agents and products for oral hygiene, lotions, tonics and emulsions. The investor invests 1.7 million rubles in the project.
Larisa Egorova, CEO of PHARM DV LLC: "Our pharmaceutical production will complement the existing industrial base of the Primorsky Territory and partially contribute to import substitution in the field of cosmetic chemistry. Thanks to state support, we will be able to set up production on schedule."
According to the director of the KRDV Primorye Alexey Dunaev, the SPV regime provides entrepreneurs with tax benefits and administrative preferences, thanks to which businesses can quickly and cost-effectively implement their projects. In Primorsky Krai, residents of the SPV have already put into operation 14 projects in the field of the medical industry and invested 820 million rubles in the region's economy.
The preferential SPV regime operates in 22 municipalities in five regions of the Far East, 16 of them are located in Primorye. According to agreements with the KRDV, residents of the SPV are implementing 1,808 projects in the Primorsky Territory, more than 470 of which have been commissioned. 450 billion rubles of investments have been invested in the economy of the Far Eastern Federal District, 45.6 thousand jobs have been created. There are benefits for residents of the SPV: insurance premiums reduced to 7.6% for 10 years, zero taxes on property and profits for the first 5 years, the application of the procedure of a free customs zone.
Since September 1, 2024, obtaining the status of a resident of the SPV has been simplified: now the company's business plan can contain only the main parameters of the project, the minimum investment threshold is 500 thousand rubles.
