Since the beginning of 2026, as of June 17, the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Omsk Region has terminated 25 declarations of conformity for animal products from Omsk producers, including 12 suspended, 13 declared invalid.
Thus, during the control and supervisory measures, it was established that OOO "7-Ya" (Omsk) issued declarations of conformity for semi-finished poultry products without conducting a full list of mandatory laboratory tests provided for by the technical regulations of the Customs Union. In respect of these declarations, the Agency has taken decisions to invalidate them.
In addition, non-compliance of products with mandatory requirements during laboratory control was revealed. In samples of dairy products (cottage cheese, butter, kefir, ryazhenka), SPPK Tyukalinsky Bread (Tyukalinsky district), E. coli bacteria and yeast were detected, and discrepancies in the content of lactic acid microorganisms and CMAFAnM were found. In the soft cheese "Adygeisky" produced by IP Makaryan R.K. (Kalachinsk), a discrepancy in the fatty acid composition was revealed, which is an indicator of quality.
As a result of the violations, the declarations of conformity were suspended until manufacturers provided plans for corrective measures to eliminate the factors that affected the production of unsafe and substandard products. After completing the necessary measures and providing supporting documents, the declarations are resumed.
Warnings have been issued to business entities for all identified violations during the declaration of products by the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration.

The declaration of conformity is a document by which the manufacturer confirms the safety of products and their compliance with the technical regulations of the EAEU. Without it, the release of products into circulation is prohibited.
Suspension or withdrawal of the declaration means that the products cannot be sold until the violations are eliminated and repeated laboratory tests are carried out. The applicant is responsible for the accuracy of the information in the declaration.
