In the Moscow region, another land plot has been transferred to a preferential lease for the construction of an import-substituting production. A plot in the Orekhovo-Zuyevsky district within the framework of the regional program "Land for 1 ruble" was received by Arsenal-Service Trading House LLC. This is reported by the press service of the Ministry of Property Relations of the Moscow region.
"TD "Arsenal-Service will be engaged in the production of self-propelled platforms for the transportation of drilling modules. The products will allow replacing a number of foreign suppliers of similar equipment on the Russian market. Investments in the project will exceed 95 million rubles. It is planned to create 36 jobs at the enterprise. The planned start—up date is 2026," said Ekaterina Zinovieva, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region.
As part of its production activities, the company plans to use products from domestic suppliers. As raw materials for the production of special equipment, the following will be used: channel and frame assemblies, transmission, engine, cabin and tail, tires and wheels, electrical wiring.
For the construction and operation of a complex for the production of self-propelled platforms for the transportation of drilling modules, the company has provided over 5.8 hectares for rent at a reduced rate for a period of 3 years. A production and warehouse complex with an area of 5830 square meters will be built on this site.
