On March 4, members of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission established the procedure for introducing amendments to the technical regulations of the Customs Union "On the Safety of Perfumery and Cosmetic Products", which will enter into force on December 24 this year.
Declarations of conformity of such products to the requirements of the technical regulations, adopted before the entry into force of these changes, will be valid until their expiration date. The certificates of state registration issued before the entry into force of these changes will be valid for five years.
During the period of validity of these documents, it will be possible to produce and release perfumes and cosmetics into circulation, which is allowed during its shelf life.
