Gamma has put into operation a class A logistics complex with an area of 11 thousand square meters and office space with an area of 1 thousand square meters in Vladivostok. The activity of the new facility is aimed at meeting the demand for modern and high-quality logistics real estate, which has been formed in Primorye with the active development of trade and economic relations with friendly countries in the Asia-Pacific region. Under an agreement with the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (KRDV), a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok (SPV) invested 552.9 million rubles in the implementation of the project.

"Despite the rapid development of the warehouse real estate sector in the last 5 years, there is still a noticeable demand in the Vladivostok market for modern warehouses in which businesses can organize an effective automated system for address storage, accounting and sorting of goods. The turn of the Russian economy to the East, the exit of large trade operators to the Far East, and the development of local enterprises support this demand. A modern class A complex will meet the needs of customers in high-quality warehouse space in the region," Gamma LLC reported.

The company noted that the services of the complex are used by manufacturing, trading and logistics companies. Customers are attracted by spacious premises, the availability of loading and unloading areas and office space, convenient access roads, modern ventilation systems, security and fire extinguishing, accounting and control.

"Thanks to the SPV regime, the company successfully implemented the investment project on schedule. The most significant are insurance premiums reduced to 7.6% for 10 years, zero income and property taxes for 5 years. State support will allow you to achieve payback in 8 years. In addition, the participation of another SPV resident, Mega Company, in the project helped to establish the work of the new complex. The partner put into operation the first class A warehouse in Vladivostok in 2018," Gamma LLC said.

According to Sergey Skalia, Deputy Director General for Investment Project Support at the KRDV, the new logistics infrastructure is necessary for the region's further development. Private capital directed to the creation of new logistics and warehouse complexes, container terminals, ports and other infrastructure is supported by the state.

"Business sees the demand for modern and high-quality logistics infrastructure, actively invests in this area, activating capital inflows to the region, strengthening interregional and international trade and economic ties. This is demonstrated by statistics. Logistics and transport is one of the most popular areas of activity for residents of the territories of advanced development, SPV and the Arctic zone of Russia, projects in it are implemented by more than 540 residents, investing more than 1 trillion rubles in the country's economy and creating almost 60 thousand jobs for residents of the Far East and the Arctic. We comprehensively support the project of each resident, ensure the application of tax benefits and administrative preferences, and help solve business issues during the implementation of announced business initiatives," Sergey Skali stressed.

The preferential SPV regime is in effect in 22 municipalities in five regions of the Far East. According to agreements with the KRDV, residents are implementing about 1990 projects, 560 of which have been commissioned. 596 billion rubles have been invested in the economy of the Far Eastern Federal District, 55.4 thousand jobs have been created.

Since September 1, 2024, obtaining the status of a resident of the SPV has been simplified: now the company's business plan can contain only the main parameters of the project, the minimum investment threshold is 500 thousand rubles.
