The Arsenal Company, as a resident of the Free Port, is implementing a project to build a multifunctional complex in the city of Vladivostok. A shopping and entertainment complex, a business center and apartments will be located on its territory. The project will be implemented in 2033. Under an agreement with the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic, the investor invests more than 13.5 billion rubles, creating 250 jobs.
The total area of the building will be more than 205 thousand square meters. m. The complex will house a modern hypermarket, a fitness center, a cinema and other federal and regional retailers. The surrounding area will be landscaped, the parking area will be 90.5 thousand square meters. m.

The investor has experience in the construction of commercial real estate. In 2019, the Kalina Mall shopping and entertainment center was put into operation. The investment project worth over 3 billion rubles was implemented using tax benefits and preferences of the SPV regime under the agreement with the KRDV. This is the first trade and exhibition complex in the Far East, designed for a flow density of over 30,000 visitors per day. The facility is located in Vladivostok within the coastal strip, overlooking the Golden Horn Bay.

Since September 1, 2024, obtaining the status of a resident of the SPV has been simplified. Now the company's business plan can contain only the main parameters of the project. The minimum investment threshold is 500 thousand rubles for 3 years.
