Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) has won several nominations in the All–Russian competition "Business Flagships: Dynamics, Responsibility, Sustainability - 2024", which is held by the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP). The development of new products of a wide range at the Volga Pipe Plant (VTZ), part of TMK, was recognized as the best achievement in the nomination "For a high-tech project". TMK's personnel management system both in the field of training, development, and social support for employees, as well as in the field of career guidance for potential applicants, was awarded the highest rating in the nomination "For the development of human resources." The jury was presented with such personnel projects as the Horizons corporate forum, the Games of Masters Professional Skills Championship, the engagement enhancement program, and other initiatives to educate and develop the potential of employees. The company's extensive participation in the projects "Professionalism" and "Advanced Engineering Schools" aimed at training highly qualified workers and engineering personnel was also positively assessed by experts. The award highlighted TMK's comprehensive approach to the development of its regions of operation. The projects of the company and the Sinara Corporate Charitable Foundation for the development of social infrastructure and charity cover various fields: education, medicine, culture, art and sports. Thus, the initiatives "Pivot Point" and "League of Managers" promote early career guidance and support for talented leaders in the regions. Thanks to the project "Children's Hospital without Pain", the practice of using minimally invasive techniques during manipulations and surgical interventions in the treatment of children is being scaled up. As part of the events of the Theater Primer, pupils of regional orphanages and rehabilitation centers have the opportunity to visit the best productions of TMK partner theaters. For these and other initiatives, the company received a diploma in the nomination "For contribution to the sustainable development of territories".
