Vladivostok International Airport has reached pre-pandemic figures on international airlines: 52 thousand passengers. It is noteworthy that more than 30 thousand passengers were served on the Chinese route.

Passenger traffic on the international lines of Vladivostok airport since the beginning of the year has amounted to 52 thousand people, which is 77% higher than last year.

Alexander Bobrov, Director of Aviation Commerce:

- In January, we handled 52,000 international passengers, which is the highest figure on international routes since the beginning of the pandemic. Of these, more than 30,000 passengers were served on the Chinese route. For comparison, earlier in January, Chinese passenger traffic reached a maximum value of about 20 thousand passengers in 2019.

Recall that at the end of March, a new scheduled flight on the Beijing-Vladivostok-Beijing route will be opened at Vladivostok International Airport. China's flagship national airline, Air China, plans to operate flights in this direction.
