The combined company Wildberries and Russ signed an agreement with the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (KRDV) on the implementation of activities in the territory of advanced development (TOP) "Amur". The company has received the status of a resident of the Amur TOP.
Within the framework of cooperation, Wildberries is implementing an investment project for the construction of a warehouse complex at the Rovnoye investment site of the Amur TOR of the Blagoveshchensk Municipal District of the Amur Region.
The area of the facility will be more than 120 thousand square meters. The design capacity of the complex will amount to 40 million storage operations per year and 400 million operations of goods transportation per year.
The appearance of a new logistics facility in the Amur region will ensure employment and high income for more than 5 thousand residents of the region, as well as contribute to the even more active development of small and medium–sized businesses - sellers will be able to make deliveries to the warehouse more profitable, reducing logistics costs to other facilities.
"The annual growth in the number of orders in all regions of our presence has contributed to the strong development of our logistics infrastructure. In this regard, we are developing modern warehouse facilities in the regions of the Russian Federation to ensure affordable and prompt delivery of goods to our customers. The preferential regime in force in the Amur region will help to increase the financial and economic efficiency of our project and implement it on schedule," commented the founder of Wildberries, the head of RVB LLC (the united company Wildberries and Russ) Tatiana Kim.
"The most important incentive for attracting investors to the implementation of investment projects in the Amur region is the availability of supporting infrastructure. To date, measures are being taken at the expense of the federal budget to provide the infrastructure of the Rovnoye site, located in the Blagoveshchensk - Heihe bridge zone. Tax benefits and administrative preferences create the most comfortable conditions for the implementation of projects, and the KRDV accompanies the activities of each resident in a "one-stop shop" mode," said the director of the KRDV Amurskaya Irina Volkova.
At the Amur TOP, under agreements with the KRDV, residents are implementing 49 projects with a total investment of 2.3 trillion rubles, of which 15 projects have already been successfully brought to the operational stage. 17.3 thousand jobs are being created. Business has invested 1.7 trillion rubles in the development of the region, more than 10 thousand jobs have been created.
Recall that the KRDV and the united company Wildberries and Russ at the WEF-2024 concluded an agreement on strategic partnership in the framework of the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the Far East and the Arctic. The agreement implies the provision of non-financial support to entrepreneurs in the implementation of business initiatives – they receive information about the possibility of obtaining the status of resident companies in the preferential regimes of the Far East and the Arctic and the use of support measures provided for by law.
Also, with the support of the TOP regime, the combined Wildberries and Russ company, under agreements with the KRDV, is implementing projects to create logistics centers in the Primorsky and Trans-Baikal Territories.
