The company "Spettrans" of the RT-Invest group of companies (part of the Rostec State Corporation), in the summer of 2024, exported 5,000 more tanks of recyclable materials than in the same period last year. The growth was 5%. By the end of the summer of 2024, the number of exported containers intended for "dry" waste reached 145 thousand. In June – 49 thousand, in July – 51 thousand and 45 thousand in August.

Spetstrans serves over a million people in 8 districts of the Northwestern Administrative District of Moscow: Mitino, Kurkino, Severnoye Tushino, Yuzhnoye Tushino, Shchukino, Khoroshevo-Mnevniki, Pokrovskoye-Streshnevo and Strogino.

The Khoroshevo-Mnevniki district is in the first place in terms of the amount of waste sent by residents to special tanks for "dry" waste. In 3 months, about 30 thousand tanks of recyclable materials were removed from this area of the capital. Mitino and 25 thousand exported tanks are in second place in terms of collection. Strogino closes the top three. Residents of this area filled 23 thousand containers intended for separately collected waste over the summer.

To date, more than 2 thousand tanks for "dry" waste have been installed in the area of responsibility of the company "Spetstrans". They are designed for metal, paper, plastic and glass. All waste collected in them goes to waste processing complexes, where additional industrial sorting takes place. Then they produce new goods such as spare parts for cars, dishes, new containers, clothes and furniture.

Since 2018, RT-Invest has been the largest investor in the waste management industry in the Moscow region. The total amount of investments in the creation of infrastructure is more than 230 billion rubles. In 5 years, the company has built 4 waste recycling complexes with a capacity of 3.3 million tons of waste per year and created the largest network of fandomats for receiving secondary resources. One of the company's most high–tech projects is the construction of four waste energy recycling plants in the Moscow region with a total capacity of 2.8 million tons of waste per year and another plant in the Republic of Tatarstan with a capacity of 550 thousand tons of waste per year.
