These are educational institutions in the regions where the company operates – Gusinoozersky Energy College (Republic of Buryatia), Technological College (Sovetsk, Kaliningrad Region) and Ufa Fuel and Energy College (Republic of Bashkortostan).
It will train personnel for Gusinoozerskaya GRES, Kaliningrad and Bashkir generation plants, as well as Bashkir thermal distribution networks.
Students will be able to complete paid internships, and after graduation, they will receive guaranteed employment. The mentors at the power facilities will be employees of the stations.
Earlier, Inter RAO Group joined the work on creating open source clusters in the regions where it operates:
- Ural Turbine Plant and Yekaterinburg Industrial and Technological College named after V.M. Kurochkin, Yekaterinburg Technical College Automatika;
- Nevsky Transformer LLC and GBPOU Electrical Engineering College;
- NPO ELSIB and Novosibirsk College of Industrial Technologies.
In 2027, educational clusters will be opened by Cherepetskaya GRES (Novomoskovsky Multidisciplinary College, Tula Region, Novomoskovsk) and NPO ELSIB JSC (Novosibirsk Technical College named after A.I. Pokryshkin).
