MTS-Bank PJSC (MOEX: MBNK) announces the results of the Steps Towards charity sports event for employees. Participants from 30 Russian cities were united by the desire for a healthy lifestyle and the desire to contribute to a good cause. The employees completed more than 140 million steps, which the bank converted into one million rubles and sent to the Family Together charitable foundation.

The action took place on the RITM corporate online platform, the main platform for interaction between the MTS Fintech sports community. Employees recorded their steps, and the bank converted every kilometer traveled into ten rubles.

The funds will be used to build a Family home in Moscow, which will provide parents with the opportunity to stay with their children for free during their long-term treatment, providing them with the necessary support and care. Such assistance is invaluable for young patients from low-income, large or single-parent families who have arrived for treatment from remote regions of the country.

"A healthy lifestyle is embedded in the DNA of MTS Fintech's corporate culture. Such actions not only motivate employees to engage in regular physical activity, but also unite them with a common goal to help those who need it. And as an additional bonus, loyalty to the employer's brand is growing," says Anastasia Grigorieva, Head of the MTS Bank's Center for the Implementation of Sustainable Development and ESG Programs.

The Family Together Charitable Foundation promotes the development of family-oriented medicine in Russia. Implements projects for Family homes and rooms at large children's hospitals so that parents can stay close to the child during long-term treatment. In 2024, the foundation began construction of a Family Home in Moscow, which will annually help more than 1,500 families from different regions of Russia receive medical treatment without being separated from their loved ones. The foundation's first Family Home opened in Kazan was founded in 2013 and has already received more than 19,000 children and parents.
