For the first time, Rosel Holding of Rostec State Corporation presented a stationary post of the Palantir innovative ecomonitoring complex at the INNOPROM International Industrial Exhibition. Belarus". The system is able to identify sources of air pollution using mathematical models and allows accurate and timely identification of environmental risks.

The complex has its own software that is compatible with any other systems, primarily with government surveillance tools. The product has a high potential for use in the framework of joint pilot projects of Russia and Belarus on air condition monitoring.

The Palantir's hardware consists of a stationary post and mobile stations that can be placed on the ground, as well as moving platforms. The mobile stations include gas and dust analyzers that collect and prepare air samples. The data obtained is sent to a stationary station, where it is accumulated and analyzed using specialized mathematical models that help calculate the source of contamination. The complex takes air measurements up to 240 times per hour, which allows for timely detection of any changes in the environment. It is the preliminary preparation of samples and the mathematical analysis of data that make Palantir a unique product.

The Palantir software and hardware complex was developed by the Kaluga Electromechanical Plant of the Automatika Concern (part of Rosel).

"Our company is fully prepared not only for the serial production of the Palantir, but also for creation of exclusive versions of the complex, taking into account the tasks and wishes of customers. The range of applications of the device is quite wide. It can be used not only by regional ministries of ecology, but also by mining and processing complexes, industrial enterprises, seaports and even sanatoriums. In 2025, Palantir entered the top 300 of Russia's best ideas aimed at strengthening the country's sovereignty and achieving national development goals, and was also awarded the ECOTECH LEADER 2025 award," said Evgeny Zolotnitsky, CEO of KEMZ JSC.

The International Industrial Exhibition INNOPROM. Belarus" is taking place in Minsk on September 29 — October 1, 2025.
