Rostec's project to build waste energy recycling plants received the highest rating on the scale of "green" loans from the Analytical Credit Rating Agency (ACRA). The final assessment was GR-1, which confirms that the financing corresponds to the national taxonomy of "green" projects.

ACRA uses a five-level scale, where GR-1 stands for excellence in all key criteria of environmental responsibility and sustainable development. The rating was assigned by independent experts after evaluating a syndicated loan provided in 2024 for the implementation of an environmental project.

The GR-1 rating has been assigned to the project for the construction of waste energy recovery plants for the third time since 2022. Rostec's program became the first in Russia, which has received the official verification of the "green loan" according to the new national standards — the Russian taxonomy.
