Desert Spark SPC, which received 25%, was registered in Oman in November 2023, 100% belongs to Russian citizen Alexander Vinogradov.
The other two owners of the Reksoft Group, Kvadra++ LLC and Nextstep LLC, are controlled by the founder of the group, Alexander Egorov.
Reksoft provides services for the development and implementation of industrial information systems. By the end of 2023, the parent company showed revenue of 2.4 billion rubles, a net loss of 0.8 billion rubles. The largest company of the group, LLC "RNT" (the former name of LLC "Epam Systems"), in 2023 sharply reduced revenue to 2.2 billion rubles from 15 billion a year earlier, net profit amounted to 439 million rubles. In August 2023, RNT LLC withdrew from the Epam group.
