Aeroflot Group's passenger traffic increased by 21.7% to 11.5 million in the first quarter of 2024 compared to a year earlier. The group's passenger traffic on domestic lines increased by 14.9% to 8.6 million, and on international lines – by 47.9% to 2.9 million. Passenger seat occupancy increased by 2.1 percentage points to 88.3%. This is stated in the company's message.

Aeroflot Group's passenger traffic in March 2024 increased by 21.2% to 4 million compared to a year earlier. 3 million passengers were transported on domestic lines (+14.1%), 1 million on international lines (+48.4%). Passenger seat occupancy increased by 2.8 percentage points to 89%.

Aeroflot is a Russian airline. The group of the same name also includes Rossiya and Pobeda airlines. In 2022, Aeroflot transported 20.5 million people, and taking into account the airlines of the Aeroflot Group — 40.7 million.

Aeroflot's net loss under RAS for 2023 amounted to RUB 29.45 billion against a loss of RUB 14.3 billion a year earlier. Revenue increased by 49.5% to 497.5 billion rubles from 332.75 billion rubles. The loss from sales amounted to 9.76 billion rubles against a loss of 72.75 billion rubles.

Aeroflot's loss under IFRS for 2023 amounted to RUB 14.02 billion against a loss of RUB 50.37 billion a year earlier. Revenue increased by 48.1% to RUB 612.19 billion from RUB 413.3 billion, EBITDA increased 2.8 times to RUB 318.35 billion from RUB 112.9 billion. Operating profit amounted to RUB 182.25 billion against a loss of RUB 13.37 billion.
