ALROSA plans to pay dividends of 14.88 billion rubles

At a meeting on April 12, the Supervisory Board of ALROSA recommended to the shareholders' meeting to pay dividends based on the results of the company's activities for 2023 in the amount of 14.88 billion rubles. or 2.02 rubles . per share. This is stated in the company's message.

In accordance with the current dividend policy of ALROSA, the payment of dividends, depending on the debt burden, is calculated on the basis of free cash flow for the period, but not less than 50% of net profit under IFRS.

In 2024, the Company plans to hold an annual meeting of shareholders on May 20, 2024 (in 2023, the annual meeting of shareholders was held on June 30). In this regard, the period of payment of dividends to shareholders will be shortened by more than a month. It is recommended to determine the date of compiling the list of persons entitled to receive dividends on May 31, 2024.

In September 2023, an extraordinary meeting of shareholders of JSC ALROSA (PJSC) decided to pay dividends for the first half of 2023 in the amount of RUB 27.77 billion. or 3.77 rubles . per share.
