Bills were returned to Russian ministries and departments 4 times less often for revision. The share of returned initiatives decreased to 5% by the end of the first quarter of 2024. This was announced by the Russian Government.
During the year, the number of postponements of the deadline for submitting initiatives to the State Duma decreased 3 times, to 15%. For comparison, at the beginning of last year, the deadline was adjusted for every second bill.
It is also reported that 100% of draft federal laws were submitted to the government on time in the first quarter of 2024.
All by-laws were also adopted without violating the established deadlines.
