In the first quarter of 2024, the FAS of Russia received 10396 complaints from procurement participants. 8357 complaints were considered on the merits, and 3346 complaints (40%) were recognized as justified, including partially. This is stated in the message of the service.
According to the results of the reviewed complaints, 3,793 violations were revealed. Most often, they are related to the placement of information in the EIS, the procedure for selecting procurement participants and the requirements imposed on them.
