Moscow has put up for auction a sports building for rent in the Nekrasovka district. This was announced by the Moscow City Hall.
The total area of the three-storey building exceeds 3 thousand sq. m. The object is located at the address: Sochi Street, house 1. The contract with the winner will be signed for 25 years. He will be able to open a sports center in the building and independently determine the list of sports and wellness services provided.
The auction sites can be accepted by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who operate in the field of physical education and sports. The application can be submitted until April 23. The auction will be held on April 25 on the electronic trading platform "Roseltorg".
