Moscow will soon put up for sale premises in six buildings that have the status of a cultural heritage site. Their total area is 1.9 thousand square meters. m. This was announced by the Moscow City Hall.

5 premises in the center of the capital will be put up for auction, and 5 more in the south of the city. The new owners will have to carry out works to preserve the facilities in accordance with the terms of the purchase and sale agreements. Then they will be able to use the premises at their discretion.

Thus, the largest room in the Central Administrative District has an area of 144.4 sq. m. m is located on the ground floor of the Savvinsky compound building on Tverskaya Street. There is also another lot with an area of 47.2 sq. m. m with a separate entrance. It will also be possible to buy a room with an area of 49.3 sq. m. m on Krasnaya Presnya Street.

Two of them are located in buildings on Lesteva Street, two more are on Serpukhovskaya Val Street. The fifth room in the Southern Administrative District is located on Shukhov Street.
