Seligdar's loss under IFRS for 2023 amounted to 11.5 billion rubles

The loss of PJSC Seligdar under IFRS for 2023 amounted to 11.5 billion rubles against a profit of 4.14 billion rubles a year earlier. Profit, net of exchange differences, increased to 2.8 billion rubles from 1.3 billion rubles. This is stated in the company's message.

Revenue increased by 61% to 55.97 billion rubles from 34.7 billion rubles, gross profit – by 28% to 14.07 billion rubles from 10.97 billion rubles, banking EBITDA – by 57% to 21.23 billion rubles from 13.5 billion rubles.

PJSC Seligdar is a polymetallic holding company, one of the ten largest gold producers in the Russian Federation and the only producer of ore tin in the country. The holding company produces gold in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Altai and Buryatia, and tin mining in the Khabarovsk Territory.

Seligdar's loss under IFRS for 9 months of 2023 amounted to 8.96 billion rubles against a profit of 9.08 billion rubles a year earlier. The profit, net of exchange differences, amounted to 3.54 billion rubles against a loss of 696 million rubles. Revenue increased by 80% to 37.15 billion rubles from 20.69 billion rubles, gross profit – by 57% to 10.46 billion rubles from 6.66 billion rubles, EBITDA – by 65% to 14.7 billion rubles from 8.95 billion rubles.
