The court supported the recovery of damages from the ex-beneficiary of IC Angara

The Arbitration Court of the East Siberian upheld the decisions of lower instances on the recovery of 1.5 billion rubles in losses from the ex-beneficiary of IC Angara, Alexander Kondratenkov, at the request of the Deposit Insurance Agency. This is stated in the message of the DIA press service.

The grounds for the recovery were operations to withdraw liquid assets from the insurance company.

Earlier, the court, at the request of the DIA, brought A.Kondratenkov to subsidiary liability for the obligations of IC Vector, the potential amount of which is 200 million rubles.

In addition, A. Kondratenkov was charged losses in favor of SK Opora and JSC NASCO for 2.9 billion rubles.

A.Kondratenkov was a beneficiary of six insurance companies: SK Opora, SK Vector, SK Angara, SK Trudstrakh, SK Respect, JSC NASCO. Their licenses to carry out insurance activities were revoked in the period from December 2016 to May 2019. The bankruptcy trustee of the organizations is the DIA.
