Alfa-Leasing Group has updated the Benefits Cafeteria, a corporate motivation system where an employee selects the components of their social package from a list of benefits. In 2024, new areas of compensation were added and the Multivelection program was introduced. Now the total number of motivation participants has increased by 18% compared to 2023.
The Benefits Cafeteria is a system in which employees can receive compensation for spending on sports, mortgage interest, medical services, training, and travel packages. As part of the program, Alfa-Leasing employees with at least 1 year of experience are given a certain point limit. In 2023, 1,159 employees took advantage of benefits under the program, the most in-demand areas were VMI (88%), mortgage interest compensation (7%), sports activities (5%).
In 2024, approximately 1,400 Alfa-Leasing employees will use the Benefits Cafeteria program, including to select the level of VMI. To date, the company has four types of policies from "comfort" to "premium". At the end of 2023, cancer insurance and emergency assistance are available to all employed people throughout Russia, whereas previously employees could apply for it only in the city where the VMI was attached.
In 2024, the "Multi-selection" option became available to employees. With its help, you can apply for several benefits within the established limit of the "Benefits Cafeteria".
