Financing of the program of comprehensive modernization of employment centers in 2025 will amount to 5.2 billion rubles. This was announced to journalists by the deputy head of the Federal Service for Labor and Employment, Jan Talbatsky, following a trip to the Kemerovo region.

"[In the Kemerovo region, six employment centers have already been modernized, three at the expense of federal subsidies, and three at the expense of the region. It is very gratifying for us that the region has submitted an application for comprehensive modernization next year, 5.2 billion rubles are provided for next year in general. I think part of these funds will certainly go to the Kemerovo region," Talbatsky said.

The Deputy Head of Rostrud added that he visited the employment center in Kemerovo and appreciated the comprehensive modernization carried out here. "We will consider the application of our colleagues as a priority, and by the end of next year all employment centers in the Kemerovo region will be updated, not only externally, but also internally," Talbatsky added.

The project to upgrade employment centers and switch to new work standards began in 2019 as part of the national project "Demography". Since 2023, the project has expanded and a phased modernization of the entire system of employment centers in the country has begun. The implementation of the project makes it possible to ensure that the employment service meets the changing requirements of the labor market. By the end of 2024, 782 new personnel centers will be operational. Thus, more than a third of the employment centers in the country will be modernized.
