A101 Group of Companies and the MiMi restaurant chain have signed an agreement to open the first restaurant in New Moscow. It will be located in the SCANDI Urban Experience Center on Tove Jansson Square.

The restaurant will occupy 400 sq. m. meters on the second floor of the Center and will be focused on family holidays, celebrations and holidays. In fact, it will be the largest family restaurant located in the residential areas of the Group.

Oksana Moiseeva, Deputy Commercial Director for Commercial Real Estate at A101 Group of Companies: "Modern Muscovites spend most of their time playing sports or meeting with friends or families. In the Novomoskovskiy district of Moscow, there is already a diverse sports infrastructure, and the demand for family-friendly restaurant formats within walking distance of housing is just beginning to grow - even in the city center, this trend is much weaker, because more and more people are not ready to spend a lot of time on the road. This is also seen by restaurateurs, who are increasingly interested in large premises, that is, an area of 250-350 square meters. meters."

MiMi restaurant in Scandinavia will gather around those who are interested not only in cuisine, but also in the culture of different countries. On weekends, there will be live music concerts, dancing, bright show programs, as well as children's cooking classes.

Marketing Director of the MiMi restaurant chain Vladimir Kutz: "For residents of Scandinavia, our restaurant is an opportunity to take a fresh look at the concept of creating dishes from Georgian classics with the addition of European continental cuisine to the menu. He will bring together families, friends and colleagues at the same table, whether it's a family dinner, a birthday party or a wedding banquet."
