Rosgosstrakh announced plans to integrate Pulse IC in the second half of 2024

Rosgosstrakh IC submitted for consideration by the Board of Directors on April 22, 2024 the issue of the procedure for joining the subsidiary of Pulse IC to it. According to the plan, integration will take place in the second half of this year. 

The main purpose of joining Pulse is to combine the experience of the two companies to strategically change and digitalize the Rosgosstrakh business model while preserving and replicating the best solutions.

Digital insurance company Pulse joined the Rosgosstrakh group in the summer of 2023. By the end of last year, the company attracted more than 305,000 customers, collected a record premium of 1,192 million rubles and entered the TOP 50 insurers in terms of premiums collected, with the exception of life insurers. Pulse offers more than 10 types of products, including insurance for houses, apartments, athletes, tourists, pets, accident policies, critical illnesses, tick bites and wild animals, mortgage insurance and ride protection on a "Bike bike". The registration of policies and settlement of insurance claims takes place online — without paperwork and trips to the office.
