Legrand, a French electrical products company, has completed the acquisition of Enovation and Netrack, two of the largest companies in the field of social health and data processing. This is reported in a press release by Legrand.

The deal is aimed at strengthening Legrand's position in fast-growing market segments.

Following the completion of the transaction, Enovation, a Dutch social health software company, was integrated into the Legrand structure under the brand “Legrand Care” to strengthen the company's dominant position in the European market of technologies and software solutions for the elderly and healthcare services.
