The total revenue of dairy production in the Moscow region at the beginning of the year increased by 27.9% to more than 35.2 billion rubles. compared to the same period in 2023. This was stated by Vladislav Murashov, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Moscow Region, Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow Region, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Ministry of Defense reported.
The volume of butter production in the region increased by 85%, cheese — by 28%, ice cream — by 20%, yoghurts and margarine — by 19%. Also, the production of fermented milk products increased by 14%, milk powder and baby dry mixes — by 6%.
