Russia and Uzbekistan have signed agreements in the field of fuel and energy complex and industry

Following the results of the plenary session "Industrial Cooperation in Central Asia: regional focus", the Russian Federation and Uzbekistan signed six interregional cooperation documents, as well as commercial agreements in the field of fuel and energy complex and industry. This is stated in the message of the Ministry of Economic Development.

During the event, issues of synchronization of Russian and Uzbek legislation in the foreign economic sphere, development of cooperation in agriculture, construction, healthcare, as well as artificial intelligence were discussed.

Following the results of the joint meeting, three agreements on cooperation and partnership were signed.

Currently in Uzbekistan is implementing 98 investment projects with Russian participation worth 2.37 trillion rubles in the light, chemical and mining industries, trade, infrastructure, metallurgy, automotive and aircraft construction, pharmaceuticals, energy, telecommunications, logistics and the oil and gas industry.
