The Moscow Arbitration Court has introduced a compulsory liquidation procedure in Strela Bank. This is stated in the message of the Deposit Insurance Agency, which is appointed as the liquidator of the bank
The decision on compulsory liquidation is made when the bank from which the license was revoked has no signs of bankruptcy, that is, it is able to fully satisfy creditors' claims and obligations to pay mandatory payments.
The Bank of Russia revoked Strela Bank's banking license on March 22, 2024. A temporary administration was appointed to the credit institution in the person of the DIA.
