Students of the Mining and Metallurgical and Polytechnic colleges of Zheleznogorsk have started an internship at the Mikhailovsky Mining and Processing Plant named after A.V. Varichev, part of Metalloinvest. This is stated in the company's message.
More than 90 young people will get acquainted with the technological processes of the plant and gain practical work experience.
Depending on the specialty, the practice is designed for 2.5-4 months. At this time, students are accepted into full-time jobs, go on shift, and receive salaries. They are covered by all the benefits of the plant's employees, including travel, food subsidies, and provision of personal protective equipment.
Metalloinvest is a mining and metallurgical company. The company is a manufacturer and supplier of commercial hot-briquetted iron.
