Trust sells the Molodezhny department store in Moscow. This is reported in the Telegram channel of the BNA.
The auction will be held on a downgrade. Applications are accepted until May 12, the auction date is May 17. The initial price is 1.29 billion rubles, the minimum is 840 million rubles.
The department store was built in 1982 and is located on Mozhaisk highway. The total area is 11.557 thousand sq. m.
Trust Bank of Non–core Assets is a Russian financial institution. It was founded in July 2018 on the basis of PJSC National Bank Trust by consolidating non-core assets of rehabilitated financial organizations.
