Two new shunting locomotives have appeared at the Oskol Electrometallurgical Plant named after A.A. Ugarov, which is part of Metalloinvest. They are designed to form trains, move wagons, load and unload cargo, as well as to transport the steel products of the plant to cargo carriers. The cost of the new equipment amounted to about 260 million rubles. Metalloinvest reported this.

These new locomotives are equipped with powerful diesel generator sets with a capacity of 1.2 thousand horsepower, cooling systems and electronic fuel supply. Safety is ensured by automatic fire extinguishing systems and monitoring the vigilance of the locomotive driver.
