Russians are increasingly purchasing medicines using online services. This is reported by VSK based on the results of the analysis of orders through the pharmacy aggregator integrated into the VSK Insurance application.
Most often, Russians order vitamins and minerals. Moreover, the average receipt for the formation of a basket of medicines after communicating with a doctor is 60% lower than for the patient's independent selection of drugs.
The second place in demand is occupied by drugs for the treatment of the gastrointestinal tract, including remedies for abdominal pain, inflammatory diseases of the stomach (14%). In third place are medicines for the treatment of ENT organs, including antiseptics, nasal sprays (10%).
Also, a large proportion of orders are for medicines to normalize the functioning of the nervous system (about 8%).
