During the RSPP Congress, a general agreement was signed between the Government of the Russian Federation, employers and trade unions for 2024-2026.

The signing ceremony was attended by RSPP President Alexander Shokhin, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Tatyana Golikova, Chairman of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia Mikhail Shmakov, Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation Anton Kotyakov.

The General Agreement provides for the further development of the institute of social partnership, increasing its role in the implementation of national goals and objectives, including the national project "Personnel". Among the priorities of the agreement are forecasting the country's personnel needs, developing targeted training mechanisms, popularizing working professions and improving the social protection of workers.

"The RSPP, for its part, will implement measures aimed at strengthening employers' associations, stimulating socially responsible business, and employers' participation in all forms of social partnership," said Alexander Shokhin, President of the RSPP.

Trade union leader Mikhail Shmakov noted that the recently adopted new version of the law "On Employment" requires joint revision - for example, in terms of platform employment.

"We believe that every employer should participate in the social partnership system through membership in the employers' association. And this association in our country is, in fact, one – the RSPP," said the head of the FNPR.
