Since May 13, all the bank's offices have been serving customers as usual

Intrabank payments and transfers of individuals between their accounts within the bank and through the Fast Payment System (SBP) will work during the May holidays as usual.
Interbank payments (in Russian rubles) of individuals received through remote banking systems and issued in the period from 19:00 on April 27, 2024 to May 1, 2024 (incl.) / from 19:00 on May 3, 2024 to May 5, 2024 (incl.) / from 19:00 on May 3, 2024 to May 5, 2024 (incl.) / from 19:00 May 8, 2024 to May 12, 2024 (incl.), will be accepted by the bank for execution and processed on May 2, 2024 / May 6, 2024 / May 13, 2024, respectively.
Interbank payments and transfers (in Russian rubles) individuals by card number or bank details issued through a mobile application or at the bank's offices in the period from 19:00 on April 27, 2024 to May 1, 2024 (incl.) / from 19:00 on May 3, 2024 to May 5, 2024 (incl.) / from 19:00 on May 8, 2024 to May 12, 2024 (incl.), will be accepted by the bank for execution and processed on May 2, 2024 / May 6, 2024 / May 13, 2024, respectively, due to non-working holidays in Russia. At the same time, interbank payments and transfers via the Fast Payment System (SBP) will work during the May holidays as usual. Please plan payments by card number or bank details to other banks in advance.
