Ingosstrakh became the winner of the CX World Awards

On April 24, the award ceremony for the winners of the annual CX World Awards in the customer experience industry took place. Ingosstrakh participated in four nominations, in three of which it received awards.

Ingosstrakh won the nominations "Team Leader of customer Service" and "Best Team /shift/Customer Service Group" for the project #Careprostocosmos, the purpose of which was to teach employees to be interested in the needs of the client and emotional support. The company also became a laureate in the nomination "Innovative methods for improving the company's business processes", receiving high praise from the jury.
