Representatives of the developer of solutions for government and business shared their experience in implementing digital technology implementation projects in various regions of the country related to the Smart City standard. Among the cases presented are the implementation of a healthcare management platform in federal and regional institutions, as well as the provision of electric vehicle transport infrastructure and the launch of electric bus traffic in the regions.

Panel sessions and working groups on digitalization of cities and territories of the North Caucasus Federal District in the format of "Digital pumping" were held in Zheleznovodsk today. At the site, experts from the regions and technology companies shared their experience in implementing various projects in the regions of Russia and answered questions, including the transition to domestic software, improving the efficiency of managing medical institutions using digital tools, modernizing public transport and many others. The event was organized by the Ministry of Construction of Russia, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Stavropol Territory, as well as the ANO Digital Economy and the ANO Smart City Competence Center.

Sitronics KT Expert (part of the Sitronics Group) Anastasia Ershova in the track "Smart City is a healthy city. The use of artificial intelligence technologies in healthcare for residents" spoke about the introduction of a digital healthcare management platform in regional medical institutions. She noted that in order to create a digital tool, developers and analysts of IT companies studied approaches built over the years to managing budget medical organizations and using technology digitized and automated all business processes.

"The process approach that we use allows us to manage both an individual business process and all hospital processes. Therefore, this approach helps to build a correct, logical, optimal interaction of the main components of a medical institution – from receiving a patient in the emergency department to providing him with the necessary assistance. With proper organization, the relationships between the main hospital facilities are optimized – this is the medical institution itself, medical and support staff, and the patient himself. Any action becomes transparent to the head, which allows you to regulate and manage the institution effectively, quickly respond to changes," said Anastasia Ershova, Head of IT Solutions at Sitronics KT Smart City.

She noted that we are talking about such key points as reducing waiting lists in the emergency department due to faster admission by their doctor and assistance. This allows you to make an analysis of peak hours, when the load on institutions increases, and there is a need to make adjustments to the work of medical personnel in order to relieve tension. The automated information system also makes it possible to solve the issue of redistribution of material resources between departments. Artificial intelligence in the form of computer vision modules in a video surveillance system simultaneously helps in a range of tasks such as counting people in a queue, its accumulation, detecting dangerous behavior that may be related to both the patient's well-being and aggressive behavior, and many others. Now this project is already being implemented in several institutions in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region.

Advisor to the President of Sitronics Group Armen Safaryan, in a session on the topic of import substitution of software in the regions for domestic software, presented the company's project towards the transition of regions to electric transport. He noted that electric mobility is one of the directions of the "Smart City", it is not only about replacing outdated diesel vehicles with environmentally friendly electric vehicles, but also about software that allows users to build efficient routes, book stations for charging cars and even receive cashback.

"Today, electric transport is a service that makes owning it comfortable. And if anyone else thinks that today we are dependent on foreign software in this matter, then I will immediately note that this is not the case. We have managed to replace and create more than 40 programs to ensure the operation of our electric charging stations, including for the operation of individual elements – charge controllers, converter controllers, and so on. And, of course, there are plans for even more extensive development of the network of charging stations," Armen Safaryan said.

He also noted that today there are more than 200 stations in 35 regions of the country in the Sitronics Group EHS network for personal transport, and 14 thousand drivers already use the application. And such an innovative form of public transport as an electric bus is available not only to residents of Moscow. In 2023, Sitronics Group provided electric charging infrastructure for the launch of electric buses in nine Russian cities, including Volgodonsk, where the population is less than 200 thousand inhabitants. They were built within the framework of federal programs that stimulate the development of electric transport in the regions of the country with the active participation of regional and municipal authorities.
