Employees of the Rosgosstrakh branch in the Tambov region organized work with visitors of the regional stage of the All-Russian employment fair "Work of Russia. A time of opportunity." The representative event was held at the Tambov State Technical University and brought together more than 70 of the largest employers in the region representing various sectors of the economy: industry, fuel and energy complex, agriculture, construction, trade, finance.
According to the organizers, about 1,500 people attended the fair. These are those who are actively looking for a job or want to change it, people considering part-time work options, and students who are studying offers from employers to start a career.
"We talked in detail with all the visitors of the fair, who were attracted by the logo of our company. They talked about open vacancies in Tambov — and this is an office sales manager and an insurance agent — and in general about the possibilities of working in the Rosgosstrakh team," said Victoria Alyoshina, territorial director of the branch in the Tambov region.
According to her, the branch's employees also used their presence at the job fair to tell its visitors about the current insurance products that Rosgosstrakh offers to residents of the Tambov Region today. Moreover, among the participants of the event there were many clients of the company who were interested in new insurance protection programs. The employees of the Tambov branch who worked at the fair suggested that they make cooperation multifaceted and try to enter the insurance industry not only as clients, but also as agents — that is, conductors of insurance culture.
"We have collected feedback questionnaires that potential candidates filled out. Now they will be reviewed by colleagues at the Tambov Educational Institution and those who are suitable will be invited for an interview," Victoria Alyoshina clarified.
