The corresponding order was signed by the head of the Cabinet Mikhail Mishustin. The document was developed by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia jointly with the Government of the Komi Republic and defines strategic directions for the development of the region until 2028.
The total amount of financing for the program's activities will amount to 11.4 billion rubles, including 8.6 billion of which will be allocated from the federal budget, the remaining amount will be financed from the consolidated budget of the region. The implementation of the program will create 4.8 thousand additional jobs, attract 120.6 billion investments, and provide additional tax revenues in the amount of 18.1 billion rubles.
The document includes nine events based on priority social significance. Among the priority areas are increasing investment attractiveness, developing transport infrastructure, creating a comfortable urban environment and modernizing communal facilities.
