The Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) presented a documentary film for the 90th anniversary of the Sinarsky Pipe Plant (SinTZ), which is part of it. The premiere of the film "SinTZ: Sinar alloy" about the history of the enterprise from its foundation to the present day was held at the TubeHiTech educational and information site.
The audience of the premiere show was the heads of SinTZ, representatives of regional and municipal authorities, as well as employees. The 25-minute documentary tells the story of the construction, formation and development of the city-forming enterprise of the Kamensk-Uralsky Urban District. SinTZ began to produce products in 1934. Since then, the company has been repeatedly reconstructed and modernized, and in 2009, on the basis of the pipe-making workshop No. 3, an enterprise for the production of high-precision pipes made of stainless steel grades TMK-INOX was founded.
The film highlights the production achievements of SinTZ and TMK-INOX, as well as projects of social significance, career guidance, the work of a veteran organization, and labor dynasties formed at the plant. One of the sections of the film is devoted to the activities of the Training Ground, the campus of the TMK2U Corporate University and the TubeHiTech Educational and Information Site. Managers, employees and veterans of SinTZ were involved in the filming.
"SinTZ is one of the largest and most advanced enterprises for the production of seamless steel pipes, where worthy traditions have been formed for many years. The anniversary film tells about historical events, the main characters of which are hardworking people devoted to the plant and the profession. Without them, it is impossible to imagine the planned development of the enterprise and the achievement of high results, so I think it's fair to talk about a new "alloy" — Sinar pipe workers, people and generations," said Vyacheslav Gagarin, Managing Director of SinTZ.

The film is part of a documentary series dedicated to the anniversaries of three Ural TMK plants, which are celebrated in 2024: SinTZ and Pervouralsky Novotrubny Plant (PNTZ) are 90 years old, Seversky Pipe Plant (STZ) is celebrating its 285th anniversary.
